Paediatric First Aid

Duration - 12 hours (eg. 2 days)

This course is recommended under the National Standards ( eg: required by Ofsted )
and is suitable for organizations whose employees work with Children and Babies
( eg: Childminders and 'Under 8 years' Day Care Settings ) where at least 2 members
of staff are required to do this training.

Management of the Unconscious Casualty.
Recovery Position and Resuscitation (Child & Baby CPR)
Treatment of Bleeding, Shock, Anaphylaxis, Fainting, Epilepsy, Diabetes, Asthma, Choking, Poisoning, Burns, Convulsions, Head Injuries, Meningitis,
Bone & Muscle Injuries, Bites & Stings. Dressings & Bandages.
First Aid Boxes and Record Keeping.

Total Cost: £460.00 per course                Individual Cost - £69.00
   (maximum of 14 delegates)                         (Subject to availability)
 

Duration - 6 hours (eg. 1 day)

PROGRAMME INCLUDES
 

Management of the Unconscious Casualty.
Recovery Position and Resuscitation (Child & Baby CPR)
Bleeding, Shock, Asthma, Choking, First Aid Boxes.

On successful completion of the course, including continual assessment,
delegates will receive a certificate, which is valid for 3 years.
