First Aid at Work
Duration - 24 hours (eg. 4 days)

All places of work must comply with the Health & Safety First Aid Regulations 1981

PROGRAMME INCLUDES
Management of the Unconscious Casualty
Recovery Position and Resuscitation ( CPR )
Treatment of - Bleeding, Shock, Heart Attack. Fainting
Epilepsy, Diabetes, Stroke, Head Injuries, Asthma, Choking,
Burns, Poisoning, Bone and Muscle Injuries.
Dressings and Bandages.
First Aid Boxes and Record Keeping.
Responsibilities of a First Aider.
Final Independent Assessment.

 On successful completion of the course and independent assessment, delegates  will become a qualified First Aider for their workplace. They will be awarded
   a HSE Approved, nationally recognised, First Aid at Work  certificate, which
is valid for 3 years

Total Cost: £995:00 per course                       Individual Cost: £175:00
 ( maximum of 12 delegates )                          ( subject to availability )

Extra costs will be incurred for trainers and examiners travelling distances further
than an 8 mile radius of North Birmingham
